Rules for Renting Villa Solemar

• Check-in time 2:00pm and Check-out time: 11:00am
• Five night minimum stay required during peak season.
• Two night minimum stay required during high, mid, and low seasons.
• All reservations require a two night deposit. Total balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
• 9% Government Hotel Tax applied to all rates.
• Complimentary (Wireless) Internet, bicycles and sea kayaks are included in the rates.
• Group Policy: Belizean Cove Estates customizes group packages case by case.
• Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellation more than 60 days prior to hotel arrival- full refund of deposit, less $150 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations 30 to 60 days prior to hotel arrival- forfeit three night deposit.
• Cancellation less than 30 days prior to hotel arrival- no refund.
• Transfers from San Pedro Town to Estates are included in rate.

Villas

• 3 BR/3 BA Villa rates are based on six person occupancy
• Villa Solemar maximum allowable occupancy is eight persons.
• Complimentary daily breakfast for up to six guests at Capricorn Restaurant is included in the base rate.
• Each additional person is $50, each additional teenager (13-18yrs) $25. Children 12 and under stay free.
• 3 BR/3 BA Villas include use of kitchen, living room, dining room, private verandah and swimming pool.
• 2 BR/2 BA rates are based on four person occupancy.
• Villa Solemar maximum allowable occupancy is six persons.
• Complimentary daily breakfast for up to four guests at Capricorn Restaurant is included in the base rate.
• Each additional person is $50, each additional teenager (13-18yrs) $25. Children 12 and under stay free.

• Maximum allowable occupancy is two persons.
• Complimentary daily breakfast for up to two guests at Capricorn Restaurant is included in the base rate.
• 1 BR/1 BA Unit includes use of swimming pool, lounge chairs and umbrellas.
• 1 BR/1 BA Unit does not include use of kitchen or living room.
